Overall, the book provides an excellent overview of the topics listed. However, it is very dated. The book was supposedly updated in 2005. E 'state, but only partially. There are still references to France, German mark, the Soviet Union, etc. In addition, cases and examples cited are almost all at least 10 years. Apears shortly after 1990 has been changed in the book. It seems that someone has done a spotty, rushed work tries to update the book. Frankly, I do nothing better, so long as an "I can only recommend this book for international trade and issues of commercial law.
