In this book Ferraro takes the idea of an observer's theory of the various functions that the typical North Amercian people as compared to the rest of the world. Take this dfferences and applies them effectively to the area of International Business. The book goes through many different categories such as language, communication (verbal and nonverbal), the calculation of the exact date and even culture shock. As a student, I have this book very inconsistent for a textbook, but I think it would be an excellent starting point for business people of all ages before you read Realtions international business. I wish I had read this book before you go and lived in Europe for 5 months, I think it would be able to communicate a little bit "easier.
